Workout Overview

The 14 day Pilates challenge is designed to help guide you through your 14 day Free trial or help get you back on track if you have let your Pilates routine slip a little lately! Included are a mixture of workouts that we challenge you to complete! The majority of the workouts are beginner level but we have added an intermediate workout for you to complete at the end of your free trial. Start with the first workout video and progress over the two weeks through the videos.
