I recently had a discectomy and was having weekly sessions of physio. Once these stopped, my physiotherapist recommended this web site. I haven’t looked back since. I absolutely love it! I can do a workout whenever I feel like it in my own home. They are so easy to follow too. I don’t even have to watch because they are so well delivered I can just listen. I am living with thoracic pain for many years and have sought help from various physiotherapists/chiropractors with little success. I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much I'm enjoying your pilates videos and what a difference they've made to my health. I've been a keen runner for many years but about 18 months ago I started getting extreme and long-lasting pain in my right hip whenever I ran. I saw several specialists who told me that it was muscle imbalances caused by my glutes not firing but despite seeing a couple of physios and doing all sorts of prescribed exercises, nothing worked and I ended up having to give up running altogether.

However, for the last few months I've been doing one of your videos every day and am currently working my way through the 'hip and groin pain' section. In my lunch break today I thought I'd try a little jog on the treadmill to see how things were and I was able to run 5 k in one go with no pain. I can't tell you what a huge achievement this is for me and how happy I am this afternoon! As I ran I kept thinking about all the work I'd done with your videos to strengthen my core, stretch my hip and fire up my glutes and it has obviously all paid off. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me get back to a state where I feel like myself again and can carry on with the running that is so important to me. I'm so grateful!

I would like to say how wonderful your videos are. I injured my back playing tennis, and I was told by various professionals ie chiropractor etc. to also exercise my back to relieve the pain and it is such a relief and a comfort to have these videos to go to, knowing that you are doing the correct exercises for your specific injury. Its great fun to follow your own unique workout videos that Lyndsay prescribes as it makes it easy and fun to know that you are doing the correct videos and also there are lots of different ones for you to follow so there is no chance of you getting bored with the same video at all!! I love especially the fact that they are different timings so there are some at 30 minutes, 20 mins, 12 mins eve and it’s just a great way to be able to fit in a good relevant exercise every day! They say motion is the lotion and I have to say that even if you don’t enjoy exercise, Lyndsay will make you understand what to do and the correct way to do each exercise. She is brilliant and incredibly professional at what she does! I look forward to my daily pilates workout and my pilates mat is always rolled out and at the ready. Thank you very much Lyndsay!

I would most definitely recommend yourpilatesphysio for a very professional website. I visited my GP to be given injections, painkillers and physio for my shoulder problem followed by a minor operation. I was recommended yourpilatesphysio by friends due to my lack of shoulder mobility and previous back troubles – crawling on all fours up the stairs at home as my back went into spasms frequently. Now 12 months after starting classes with yourpilatesphysio with NO painkillers at all. I can walk, run up stairs, play football, do gardening, swimming and dancing. After my surgeon told me I may need surgery for my cervical spinal stenosis I decided to work on strengthening my core to help with recovery just in case. I wanted to proceed carefully without risking further injury, I found Your Pilates Physio and took advantage of the free trial. I subscribed after the trial and slowly started exercising. Now months later I start nearly every day with Lyndsay following her clear constant direction. I feel more energized, have less pain and numbness, I’ve lost weight, have curves that I haven’t seen in years and find clothing that were tight now fit. I first started Pilates after having a hysterectomy with complications. The exercises have strengthened my core and helped me on my road to full recovery. First class website! I started using yourpilatesphysio in order to build up muscle strength ready for a hip replacement operation. It is now 18 months since that operation and it was extremely successful right from the start, with rapid progress and excellent recovery. I have continued with the classes both to work on general strength and mobility as I am over 70, and have arthritis, and because I enjoy it so much! The sessions are thoroughly professional. I had severe back pain, reduced mobility, sciatic pain, pins and needles in my feet and lower legs and most concerning was the complete loss of sensation in my left foot.
