What is the difference between Pilates and Yoga?
Both Yoga and Pilates are mat based exercises. Yoga focuses the body and mind through a series of stretches and relaxation techniques to relax the body and mind. Clinical Pilates teaches you to use the core muscles to control movement, improve posture and gain strength in the stabilising muscles.
