This is a short video that will help you to build strength and tone in your arms. You will also feel the tummy muscles working too! You can try this workouts without weights and I would advise you start light with any weights. Keep check on your posture throughout the workout. We have classified the workout as intermediate because you will need lots of awareness around your centre and shoulders to keep control of the movement. If you have any problems with your shoulders please check suitability first with your health care provider.
