Even if you are a Pilates pro I would always suggest occasionally going back to basics. I often do this with my classes I teach. This video is a slow paced video that will help you to practice setting your spine in neutral, engaging the core muscle correctly and controlling spinal movement to build control through your spine. Perfect if you have back pain! Please check with your health care provider on the safety of doing spine stretches if you have any conditions that affect the spine.
