How to Stretch the piriformis (hip) muscle

These three stretches are great stretches to target stretching the piriformis muscle in the hip. if you suffer hip pain or sciatica caused by piriformis syndrome. The first two stretches are good general hip stretches, the third is more specific to the piriformis muscle. Doing these once per day will improve your hip flexibility but there is no harm in doing them more than once per day.
