This is a short 14 minute video that will help free your hips up! Mobilise the hips joints as well as stretching the muscles around the hips to feel flexible around the hips! Use a belt to help with the stretches if your hips are really stiff. Please check with your health care provider on the safety of doing spine or hip stretches if you have any conditions that affect the spine or hips.
