Pilates with your eyes closed! Proprioception Pilates is a workout designed to connect the brain to the body. The exercises in this video will help improve your awareness of your joints and improve your joint position sense. I often say that Pilates is just as much brain training as anything else. You will find this workout very relaxing too as your mind has to focus on your body! It is only classed as intermediate due to the fact you will spend time with your eyes closed, it is suitable for beginners that are familiar with the Pilates technique.
