Clinical Pilates Exercises for Lower Back Pain

All of these physio led Pilates workouts have been designed to help target lower back pain. Included in these workouts are stretches for the lower back and lower back strengthening exercises. These are great Pilates for lower back pain and will help you manage any back problems. In each workout, you will focus on strengthening the core muscles that weaken with back pain. Strengthening these muscles will reduce lower back pain and prevent future episodes of pain.

We will work on correcting common muscle imbalances that I see in my day to day practice as a physiotherapist, as well as stretching the areas that can get tight and stiff with lower back problems. Lower back pain treatment in the comfort of your own home!
