Pilates Exercises for Golfers
Pilates can be used so often as an exercise form to compliment other exercises or sports. In this Pilates for golf exercise series, we have combined exercises to improve spinal rotation and control, glute, shoulder and abdominal strength.
Performing these workouts regularly will condition the body for golf to prevent injuries and improve performance. We have also developed Pilates workout routines for runners and swimmers.
