Why are there only basic workouts in my recommended for me section?

We only recommend basic workouts in this section as a starting block. The intermediate workouts can be quite a jump from basic and there is no harm just continuing at a basic level. If you feel that you want to progress and that you could challenge yourself a little further, you still have access to the whole website with other videos in the workouts section or videos section. Next to each video is a warning symbol which will tell you what that particular workout isn't suitable for.
