Can I keep doing the same workout and still gain benefit?
Yes. If you have a particular workout that is a favourite of yours then keep doing it! You might find that one particular workout gives you lots of relief from your pain. We have made every workout different to vary your workouts so do keep trying different ones and finding more that can help you. We suggest that you vary your workouts to allow your body to move and strengthen in different ways so perhaps only repeat your favourite video in between the others for variety.
