I have done Pilates/yoga before and found it made my pain worse. How is Clinical Pilates different?
Our sessions have been designed with injury and spinal problems in mind. Our clinical Pilates method is an adapted version of Pilates and is very safe for anyone with back problems. When you sign up to Your Pilates Physio you will be asked to fill in a health questionnaire. We will use that information to hand pick your workout programme. These selected workouts will be best suited to your particular problem giving you a tailor made programme of exercises to help your problem.
