Workout Overview

All of these videos were filmed during the coronovirus pandemic. Although the quality of the filming is not to the usual Your Pilates Physio standard, the quality of the workouts are! The videos were all filmed using my mobile phone, and some of them were originally filmed as a live video to Facebook.

Movement, exercise and focus on breathing strengthens the immune system. Something that is more important than ever right now to help protect ourselves. The term I often say 'movement is medicine' takes on a more significant meaning.
