Joint hypermobility syndrome is a condition that affects the collagen within the connective tissue that supports your joints. This causes joint laxity and can cause pain.

These Pilates for hypermobility workouts have been designed to strengthen the muscles that support your joints to ease discomfort from hypermobility.

The videos have been designed and created by physiotherapist Lyndsay Hirst, who has over 17 years experience at treating patients hypermobility syndrome. The workouts focus on building the strength in the muscles that support the all of your joints throughout the whole body.
