Elite sports clubs around the world use Pilates as part of their rehab and prehab tools. One of my other specialities as a physiotherapist is lower limb rehabilitation post surgery. All of our lower limb protocols involve some form of core stability work.

These Pilates for sports injuries workouts are safe to perform after a sports injury. They are a great way to exercise during your recovery and to help build the core strength needed to return to sport. Building core strength sets the foundations to build strength around the rest of the body. We have included exercises to work on the lower body and upper body in all of these workouts.
