These Pilates workouts start at a beginner level and allow you to progress through to more advanced Pilates workouts. If you are new to Pilates workouts you need to start at a beginner level and progress as you feel able.
I personally love the way Pilates keeps me strong and supple and so I feel privileged that I am able to teach it! The beginner workouts will teach you all the basic Pilates moves and the intermediate and advanced videos will teach you how to progress your Pilates moves.
